Makofka Environmental Consulting, LLC (MEC) conducts environmental evaluations to assist clients in making informed decisions regarding the development of a property. MEC also obtains environmental approvals and permits needed for development projects. MEC’s expertise includes many land use topics such as wetlands, CAFRA, Waterfront Development, Tidelands and associated permitting as well as air quality, noise analyses, and EISs. MEC will keep you informed during the project and collaborate with your project’s surveyor, engineer, architect and/or land use attorney.
